lounge access issue poor food quality

I was really disappointed with a couple of things. first, the club lounge access i booked wasn't honored. They claimed i only had a classic room even after i showed proof. it was late, and i was exhausted from a long flight, so i just had to accept it. also, the food quality at the lounge really needs improvement. The options were limited, and the ingredients didn't seem very fresh.

the room was consistently clean and quite spacious.

the club intercontinental lounge on the 36th floor offered the worst service i have experienced among global hotel club lounges. the staff continued an internal discussion among themselves despite me standing directly in front of the desk. no acknowledgment or prioritization of the guest was given.
